His Story
(Born in Kano, Nigeria)

JANUARY 5TH, 1982

Uche David Omoregie, affectionately known as "Gazzuzz," was born on January 5, 1982, in Kano State, to the late Pastor Price Omoregie and Pastor Mrs. Gloria Omoregie. As the second child and first son among three siblings, Uche was raised in a nurturing environment that emphasized the importance of a strong relationship with Jesus and a solid education. His early years were spent at Aunty Lucy Primary School in Kano, before his family's relocation to Lagos where he attended Flora Nursery and Primary School and later Ogba Grammar School and Ifako International Secondary School.

Known for his inventive spirit from a young age, Uche enjoyed creating gadgets and fixing things. By his mid-teens, he had acquired the skills to independently replace a car engine. Uche pursued higher education at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) in Bauchi, where he started a mobile phone repair business known for its high quality and professional service. Despite his focus on mobile technology, he maintained a strong interest in the automotive industry.

After graduating from ATBU and completing the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, Uche married his childhood sweetheart (Isioma), and together they have three beautiful children. In the mid-2010s, seeking better market opportunities and to be closer to family, Uche returned to Lagos. There, he quickly established himself as a leading figure in automotive services, becoming a premium service provider in the region. By 2023, his innovative work with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) as an alternative fuel source earned him recognition as a pioneer in the automotive sector.

Uche thrived on solving problems and creating novel solutions that simplified the complex. His rare perception and ability to see beyond barriers enabled him to devise profoundly effective solutions that significantly improved the lives of those around him. With a blend of wisdom and skill, his innovations were not just displays of intellect but true acts of kindness. He carried himself with great humility, serving others with his gifts and treating everyone with respect and kindness. His generous spirit was boundless; he gave freely and loved deeply, enriching the lives of all who knew him.

He was also a loving father and husband, a traveler who traversed the axis of Nigeria, and a multilingual speaker with a posh Hausa accent. His name means "heart," fitting for someone with such a large heart for people. Uche was known as a kindhearted, peaceful, and selfless individual who consistently put the needs of others above his own. His approach to life was characterized by a resilient, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems.

His legacy is not just in what he accomplished but in who he was: a brilliant mind with a compassionate heart, who used his talents to make the world a better place. His enduring influence continues to inspire and guide us.
